Peter the locksmith provided a seamless service. As arranged he phoned ahead of time on the day, bringing with him the 3 new keys precut to the new locking mechanism which he installed efficiently into the existing lock. I received a confirmation invoice by email this evening showing the scope of work completed and invoice Paid. Peter was professional and polite. Good Value and appreciated.

Very prompt attention to our request to either fit a new lock or make a new key. Locksmith was very professional; took away the lock overnight; made new keys and refitted the lock. Very promptly done and very good value.

We've been using Mosman Locksmiths for 48 years, due to their great service and reliability. A recent repair job which included new pins in the lock rendered some of the keys useless. If you need a locksmith in an emergency, call Mosman Locksmiths. Daniel took my call. He was professional, organised and understood our emergency safe problem. He organised 2 locksmiths, Peter and Seth to come around the next day and the safe was fixed in no time. Really great service!In our safe, we had our passports and travel cash for a trip to South America and Antartica (booked in 2019 pre-Covid). Needless to say, we were a little stressed with only 12 days before our departure. Of the 3 locksmiths that I called, Mosman Locksmiths was not only outstanding but they easily sorted out our safe problem. The other 2 didn't follow me up. I can highly recommend the people at Mosman Locksmiths and will use them again if we have any problems.

I was put in touch with Daniel from Mosman Lockmiths by Kevin from Instant Mobile Locksmiths. Daniel is a young fastidious locksmith. I lost my keys on the day it really counts!No worries said Daniel. Come down any time. Unfortunately my 01/07 Toyota Corrolla is a changeover year. Codes could not be downloaded. Willingly he went the extra mile to sort the problem. It did take extra time but he got there. He is 22 l learnt from him and he learnt som things from me.Don’t hesitate give him a call. Best with problem cars take it there.All the best Daniel!

We had one of those locksmith jobs that would ordinarily be a “nightmare” for some , it was replacing window locks etc that may , in fact been the originals from when this home was built ..many years ago ..Peter from Mosman Locksmith was exceptional , polite and unfazed by the challenge..5 stars all the way ..

The service from Mosman Locksmiths was excellent. They came the day after my initial call fitting locks on 7 doors and 8 windows. They returned on a second day with a part that I did not have on day one to allow them to complete the job. Peter provided a great service throughout installing all the items in much less time than I had expected.

I had had 2 other local locksmiths tell me they couldn’t duplicate my car key.I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care in customer care at Mosman locksmiths at Brookvale. The staff were polite, respectful, diligent and took time finding a solution. They checked and double checked the keys worked. They did not charge me extra for all the extra effort. Incredibly reasonably priced and professional follow through.I will not be going anywhere else for any lock or key issues.I cannot recommend these locksmiths enough.If there were more stars I would have given more than 5.

I just had Daniel get me into my house. I just moved here and have not set myself up properly with spare keys! I walked out without them and slammed the door behind me, coming home with a bunch of frozen food on a warm night! Daniel is impressively fit and managed to haul himself with ease over a high gate and gain access through my back door quite quickly. What a dedicated young man – he had been rushed off his feet all afternoon and night and was racing to get to the next job where people had been waiting quite a while. I hope his bosses appreciate him! Thank you so much Daniel! He has also given me a great idea to avoid this happening again.
